A unique and unrepeatable ring

I love getting to know my clients; I meet wonderful, creative, and above all, deeply in-love people. I spend a good amount of time with them because designing a unique, personalised, and handmade ring requires dedication, as well as great passion. Once the ring is delivered, I always ask A testimonial for my blog.
This is the testimony of Stefano…

«In the drawer of memories there was one in which Giuliana, my girlfriend, was talking to me about a person who made personalized rings; she knew her personally when they were girls... I decide that for my proposal I should start from there...Always listen to your women, I recommend it!

Unique ring created for Giuliana, made of hammered gold and 3 identical diamonds.

Giuliana smiling after receiving her personalized engagement ring.

So, after some research, I end up at Eva’s and make an appointment at her jewelry workshop in Padua.

From the meeting I understand that this is what I am looking for: being able to create a unique and unrepeatable ring, with ethical diamonds.

I was absolutely ignorant in the field of jewelry making, but Eva was able to explain to me the fundamental aspects of metal, stones and machining, Give me a lot of photos and possibilities.

Too many for someone as indecisive as me, but don't worry! Even without a clear idea, Eva knows how to ask the right questions to understand the characteristics of the couple and to create a truly unique piece of jewelry; in an hour we managed to draw a couple of preliminary sketches.

At the next meeting... we changed almost everything! Not that the original wasn’t good, but I had received as a kind gift three diamonds belonging to Giuliana’s mother, so the design had to be redesigned to include them. This was not at all a problem for Eva, in fact, we sat down and, as the first time, we have outlined some ideas.

Ring inspired by the Northern Lights, sinuous and hammered.

Giuliana and Stefano are happy together!

Later I received the photos of the two variants we had decided on… and I must confess that I wasn’t convinced of the result, it was too linear. So, while I was secretly writing to Eva, I was on vacation in Lapland with Giuliana, I sent an image of the northern lights that we had seen the night before and a Zen proverb: “True beauty is a deliberate, partial disruption of symmetry.” (Physicists out there, appreciate it!)

And here is the right inspiration!

Eva was able to make the movement of the northern lights and the aurora boreale a jewel. beauty of a diamond in an “unusual” position”.

I thank Eva again for the great patience and excellent work. Thank you!

Ah, in the end Giuliana said yes! »
