The vintage engagement ring for a love that learns from time

The best, or indeed the only, way for couples to stand the test of time is to grow old with quality. To transform the passing of the calendar into added value. Like looking at a faded photograph from the family album and discovering that an outfit worn years ago by our parents would look fantastic in our wardrobe today. Why “beauty” is like love: if it's true, it lasts.

For this, when Vincenzo told me about Ludovica's passion for past styles., I immediately thought of a vintage engagement ring for her. And if the term refers to products worn or created decades earlier and which have since become «cult objects for various reasons – reads Wikipedia – including the superior qualities with which they were produced», so my vintage ring will have to be a quality, artisanal and ethical ring, recalling a design from at least twenty years ago.

The vintage ring for Ludovica is starting to take shape...

The vintage engagement ring designed for her is ready, harmonious and symmetrical.

So I thought, for Vincenzo's love gift to Ludovica, perhaps One ring with sinuous contours Linear, inspired by Liberty vegetal forms Early 20th century. A ring with an antique feel, featuring two diamonds of equal carat weight: one set within a bezel, the other simply placed alongside it. A vintage style, yet harmoniously and symmetrically reimagined, in keeping with the timeless principles of space and time.

The engagement ring and pendant, both unique and personalised.

Vincenzo therefore asked me to design a pendant to go with the engagement ring, also touched by a taste for vintage. Together we conceived the design, A choker necklace holding two stylised wings in satin and polished white gold, on which rests a White diamond.
